2 Capacity of the Webb Plus Gaussian Channel

In [1], the capacity of the AWGN-1, AWGN-2, Webb-2, and Webb+Gaussian channel models were considered. Here, we concentrate on the Webb+Gaussian channel, which models both the avalanche process in an APD and the thermal noise process in follow-on electronics.
